Smart Building Upgrade Completed for Banking Client

BIM Engineering Solutions has completed a multi-branch smart infrastructure upgrade for a leading banking client, bringing centralized surveillance, access control, and monitoring under a single, unified system.

The project touched branch and ATM locations across several regions, standardizing security coverage that had previously varied site to site. Cloud-based video surveillance now gives the client’s security operations team consistent, remotely accessible coverage without the cost of maintaining local recording hardware at every branch.

Rollout was phased to avoid disrupting day-to-day branch operations, with BIM ES engineers coordinating installation windows around banking hours and validating each site before moving to the next. The client’s operations team was trained on the new centralized monitoring tools as part of the handover.

With the upgrade complete, the client now has a consistent security baseline across all covered locations, along with a foundation that can be extended to future branches as the network grows.
